I am a Paralegal and Licensed Title Insurance Agent and proud owner of Acquire Settlement Services LLC. With over 20 years experience in this industry, I have handled all aspects of simple and complex commercial, construction and residential real estate closings for builders, borrowers, lenders, buyers, sellers and investors. I am able to close properties in all 67 counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. My priority is to ensure that every transaction is smooth and all parties have a fantastic experience. I am personally involved in every closing from receipt of a title order or agreement of sale to the closing table.

I am the proud Wife of an Army Veteran and current Police Chief. It is important for me to give back and waive our settlement fees to our Military, Veterans and First Responders. On a personal note....... when I am not at my Office in Canonsburg or in my home office, you can find me at Starbucks (my happy place) and with my best friend, my husband. I spend my spare time running, weight training and am an avid Peloton rider along with caring for our three cat fur babies named Tyedye, Montana and our newest kitten Stormy.
